Table Tennis is a sport that has a common, universal language. It is played across the globe and pretty much the same everywhere. Simple equipment and low cost. Simple, common rules and approach. Some sports are regionalised or in certain countries. Table Tennis is everywhere. You can play the sport when you go on holiday you will often get a chance to play. It is transferable. Play at the hotel on holiday, play on the cruise ship, play at the park. Pick up a bat and play someone who does not have the same language as you. United in the sport. If you move house there will be a Table Tennis session or club in the area. Children will usually have the opportunity to play at school. Organizations for older people often have social sessions to play in.
